Once the admission is completed and the fees are paid, the process is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The college will not refund any amount to the cyber café or to the candidates once the application form is generated or paid.
Transaction fees, if any, are to be borne by the cardholder for any type of payment. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any excess payment received due to technical or other reasons will be refunded only after due verification and/or within 30 days after receiving a written complaint from the parent/student.
The refund will be processed electronically and will be credited to the account from which the transaction was made.
Parents/students are required to pay the processing/convenience charges over and above the fees payable to the college.
The college reserves the right to modify and amend the refund policies at any time by uploading the updated version on the college's website.
Refund requests will be processed according to the prevailing refund policy at the time of the request.
